Charges for Marquise
Concierge & Lifestyle Management, LLC do not include charges for third party
vendors, or merchandise purchased to complete the request.
Gift Certificates
For those of you looking for a unique gift for that
hard-to-buy-for person, a certificate from
is the perfect choice.
Pets
Services including the transportation of pets require that the client provide a
suitable pet carrier, and proof of Rabies Vaccination.
Errands
All errand rates include time from the beginning of task and for the first 15
miles of travel. Travel over 15 miles billed at the rate of $.44 per mile.
Travel Requests
Please allow a 24 hr response for all travel requests. With today's rising
air and rental prices, this will allow us to provide you with the best and
lowest rates available to you, by allowing us more time to research your
request.
Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, Marquise Concierge & Lifestyle
Management, LLC requires 24 hours notice. Cancellations within less than
24 hours of service will be assessed a $25 fee
Access to Client's
Property if Marquise Concierge & Lifestyle Management, LLC cannot gain access to
the client's residence or place of business; the client will be charged the full
cost of the service.
